PrintNearMe respects designers' rights. If you believe a file submitted to our service infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to our designated agent:
DMCA Agent — PrintNearMe
Email: dmca@printnearme.example (replace with real address and register with the Copyright Office before launch)
Your notice must include:
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the infringing material (order/file);
- your contact information;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act;
- your physical or electronic signature.
On receipt of a valid notice we remove the file, cancel any open orders for it, and notify the submitter, who may counter-notify under 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
Repeat infringers: we terminate the accounts of customers or printer owners who are the subject of repeated valid takedown notices.
